A California girl with sweet dreams. Jennifer's love of baking started as small child baking pies in her grandmothers kitchen. She obtained an associate degree at Western Culinary Institute in Portland Oregon. Her love of California brought her to the beautiful town of Napa. She began her career working at Bouchon Bakery. From there she started working at the French Laundry. She worked there for several years. She moved to San Fransisco and worked for Coi. All this time dreaming of doing her own thing. She now owns Batter and Bliss and has all the creative freedom. Making desserts is her passion and you can taste it in every bite.
